After repeatedly reporting that no cell c phone can get through to my office number, they promised to fix it after 2 days. Three weeks later and still no response, so I phoned them today. They apparently do not bother listening to customers as they still cannot get the office number right (even though they claim o record all calls). Tshepo promised to resolve the query within 1 hour and phone me back. He never did and nobody has ever apologized. Cell C has the wort service and attitudes.
