Ad attitude-dont retunr calls

Upgraded my phone beginning of August, took a contract that had promotional TV with it, disclosures of the product was not mentioned when it comes to internet use of the phone, my bill was twice as much, called MTN to find out why about four times in that morning and no one returns my calls, went into the branch to ask the agent who assisted me why it is so much and she had a bad attitide with me and told me its my fault as i came in for the TV, my point is that when i need assistance, the product disclosures as well as how the product works need to be mentioned but they were not, i recieved an sms to say that samsung has recvieved
my order form for the tv but there are documents missing, once again i need to call MTN to check and they told me no documents were missing, but they dont return calls i have to keep calling them. its been nearly a month and i am still waiting for my TV to come, i called the number that was on my SMS that i recieved and the agent on the phone said no forms were sent, but there is no stock and now i have to wait for a tv . i am paying for something that i am not even using and have not recvieved as yet. they were supposed to return my call on that too!
