My first report dated 16July 2013, refers to the problem that started in December 2012!!! Paying for Insurance only to discover there is none. My second report is the 31July 2013, Cell C - Misuses the HelloPeter.com Response. Cell C thinks that by answering the [URL Removed] it will look good - BUT unfortunately they do not consider that they are not supplying a service, and fail to realize that eventually it will catch up on them. All I am asking is that they supply me in writing that they will not honor the insurance contract that I have on my phone or just honor the insurance contract.. It is really that simply - by replying on [URL Removed] that they will respond helps no-one! Read the first and second [URL Removed] Reports. And if you are considering Cell C - PLEASE consider wisely.
