WORST SERVICE EVER!

I called in at Sars this morning and after waiting for more than 30 minutes on the line an agent Called Sibongile answered and asked what my query was. I told her that I have a penalty against me and I needed to find out why the returns from my medical aid was not added to the calculated amount before I could finish explaining she jumped right down my throat and informed me that maybe my employer is paying a portion and I mentioned to her that they not I pay 100 percent of the medical aid she rudely cut me off by saying that is not the point and I told her that she was rude she then informed me that I can always report her if I wish to do so and proceed that to give me her details and then saying good day and dropping the phone. Now clearly this says to me that the agent at Sars can be rude to you over the phone as they know that nothing will be done about it am so disappointed but what was I expecting it is after all Government and am sure this complaint will go nowhere. For whomever who cares to look into this and at least listen to the call as we are informed in the beginning that their calls are recorded here are the details
