I was so excited to get my transactor plus account which was delivered today on 09092013. I went through the Current Account Product Disclosures and it clearly states that Internet banking is free unless ofcourse if Nedbank is so lazy to create product disclosures for every product. I called their contact center to ask for my profile number, I was then told that I have to pay R16.50 for internet banking. Who on earth stills pays for online banking? There is no way that i will pay that fee on a monthly basis, Nedbank can kiss me goodbye. I am closing this account.
