Dear Cell C

Can someone PLEASE explain to me WHY my April Invoice is R313 and my May is R520.47.

Let me break it down for you: My tools says May invoice, but the it is the JUNE invoice.
Apple 300MB June ' 13 : R96.49
Apple 300MB 02/05/2013 - 31/05/2013 : R93.38
Postpaid Straight Up 200 June ' 13 : R350.00
300 MB SmartData Bundle June ' 13 - R39.47
300 MB SmartData Bundle 13/05/2013 - 31/05/2013 : R24.19
Call Line Identity June ' 13 : R7.46

The deductions:
APPLE 300mb dаta: - R186.76
APPLE 300mb dаta: -R6.23
Call line: -R7.46

CALL CHARGES: R46.01

SUB-TOTAL: R456.55
VAT: R63..92

TOTAL: R520.47

Why do I get the APPLE 300mb bundle, which i understand is discounted. And the other 300mb data bundle???

Before i flip my lid again for the how many time this YEAR!! Please explain to me. It was such a battle to get you people to sort out my account that was incorrectly charged.

I don't have enough characters left to raise my other complaint. When im done im moving to Vodacom, more expensive or not, enough is enough.
