Vodacoms incompetent call centres and people

I put in a service request for vodacom to collect a cell phone which i am not happy with and to reverse the contract. This request was logged on the 19/08/2013 and i was promised that they would contact me within 7 days. I have not heard a word from them as yet and it is now the 27/08/13. I contacted the online department and as always they can not help me and then put me through to another department that also can not help me even with my service request number. then i get told by a woman that has no idea what her job is that i must contact RAM to come collect the fone because they do not do that. Then I asked to speak to a superviser and was told there is no supervisor and when i asked to speak to someone else she cut the call. I am sick of vodacoms incompetence and want to cancel my contract alltogether. i have never been messed around and had my time wasted before like this in my life. This is my second complaint within 2 weeks and still have not heard from vodacom. DIT IS SLEGHEID.
