I decided to move away from Vodacom to Cell C due to bad service and poor client service i received. So as i was busy online i see the add for the new s4 Zoom, so thinking they would take 10years to respond to my request i continued with Cell C, this is where they won me (Vodacom) it was 10min after i sent a request that they phoned me. So over the phone very easily and quickly we created my new contract, then i ASKED if they had stock of the phone and the answer was "yes sir, we have"so we continued, they promised a delivery within 24h to 48h, so time passed and not hearing anything i phoned just to check in, welll wow can you believe what happend, they messed it up and didnt even bother in telling me. Now they have 0 stock, 10000000000000000excuses and 0 results. Im am so fed up with Vodacom, the only reason I didnt lose it completely is due to a very nice young man who then assisted me and promised as soon as they get the s4 zoom he will make sure i get it first. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE from Vodacoms side. I will move away all contracts I have with them by the end of the year, except for the s4 zoom, the one guy really gave me a glimmer of hope
