It is really shocking that I have to take time to come and complain on a WEBSITE, to receive proper service from CellC. I started having problems with my Nokia E72 (now out of production) last year. It reboots itself periodically without notice, and really is not a pleasure to have as a handset. THIS is the history I have with repairs - and still NOTHING has been done to resolve my issue:
- Since my upgrade of June 2012 I have sent the cellphone in 3 TIMES for repairs (Clearwater Mall Branch - unhelpful service as well..)
- They said after the third time it was "replaced with a new one" - STILL gave me issues.
- After the "new cellphone" it has YET again been in another 3 times.
- Spoke to various managers of the Clearwater Branch - none were helpful in any way.
- All this time I HAVE BEEN PAYING for a phone I DO NOT HAVE. Waiting 4-6 weeks!
I was so frustrated that I drove to CellC headoffices. 25 June. a Guy named Phill was the only helpful one at HEAD OFFICES, and still. Just got sent the same useless phone back. It has now been sent in again.
I am fed up. I want some proper service.
