Virgin Mobile South Africa
Harassment and defiance of Consumer Protection Act

These delinquent reprobates repeatedly call me to tell me how wonderful a customer I have been & that I am eligible for an upgrade.

I have on each occasion told them to provide me with a signal at home of sufficient strength to support a voice call (the signal is this well-established suburb barely exists) & only after that to call me about an upgrade.

Yet they refuse to listen to this entirely legal & reasonable demand, & choose instead to persist with their harassment. I refuse to sign a contract with any organisation that I know is incapable of providing the service specified in the contract!

They must first prove that they can provide the service before I'll consider signing the contract. Simple!

VMSA:
You are in repeated defiance of the Consumer Protection Act on two counts:
Refusal to provide the service for which you take my money
Repeated harassment despite specific instruction to stop

I've resorted to swearing at these reprobates who call me in an effort to let the message enter their thick skulls because repeated attempts to reason with them simply doesn't work.

Virgin Mobile SA is a reprobate organisation delinquent in their core function.

AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!
