SINCE MID JULY WE HAVE HAD NO OR VERY POOR INTERNET CONNECTION. I HAVE MADE POSSIBLY 50 PH.CALLS AND GONE TO FOURWAYS/NORTHGATE & CLEARWATER BRANCHES IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET MY PROBLEM FIXED, I AM JUST PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST AND ON EACH OCCASION GIVEN A DIFFERENT STORY... NOBODY SEEMS TO GIVE A HOOT AND QUITE HONESTLY I AM FED UP WITH THE SITUATION.. MEANWHILE I AM OBLIGED TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT RECEIVING... OBVIOUSLY MTN IS WAY TOO BIG TO CARE IF MY BUSINESS AND SANITY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF THEIR TOTAL INDIFERENCE. WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE AT LEAST PHONE ME AND FIX THE PROBLEM, IF THEY FOR WHAT EVER REASON ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY THE SERVICE FOR WHICH I AM PAYING PUT ME OUT OF MY MISERY
