I have been struggling to get my ADSL line fixed since friday 23rd August 2013. I have been trying calling the call centre to get them to fix it and what an issue. They answer the phone after twenty minutes of ringing and then transfer you to so many different people is terrible and not even mentioning the times the call gets "dropped". I was trying to log a fault so that someone can come and fix the line, that is not even possible, the line just go dead and then I have to call again. This is just not acceptable!
