Please think 2 when considering 8 ta as ISP

Hi to all that read this post.

About 4 months ago I had a problem with my internet connection. Phoned 8ta and they said they will sent someone to come and assist. 4 days later I phoned them and suddenly no one knew about the case logged.
Logged another case and I got a Ref number this time. 3 weeks passed and no one came to assist.

I gave up...! One evening I tried the internet everything worked well. I could not belief it. Today I have the same problem. How long will this take to be rectified?

I feel I'm paying for a service and 8ta don't deliver.

Just want to share my experience form 8 ta to anyone that considers them as Service providers.
I have asked if I can cancel the contract and were told that they have to penalized me then. For what? A service I don't receive???

I hope that is post I have sent will open your eye's.
