MTN with their usual don't care attitude and complete disregard for customer satisfaction have yet again not resolved my issue of my faulty phone since my last report in JULY. Vodacom would have gladly replaced my phone but MTN refuses as they claim that they are running a business, and by replacing my phone they would loose money. I wouldn't have minded sending my phone in for repairs if it was repaired with in a week but now MTN wants me to send it in for the fourth time and let me be without a phone for three weeks. MTN has lost another customer.
