SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely no service. Signed up for a new contract on the 22nd August. Told phone will be delivered on Monday. It is now Wednesday and still no phone. I am now tired of phoning the call centre to be be told " Sorry... Sorry does not pay for me wasting my time and money on calls on a promise that you have failed to live up to. It is jsut excuse after excuse, it hasnt been released... what on earth is that about when the sales dude who after a call of 45 minutes to do a contact... yes you read right... 45 minutes... says the contact is approved and delivery will be on monday between 8 and 5...

This is not acceptable, I might as well have gone into a store, did the contract and would have walked out with my phone. This is pathetic.
