Worst service eve

I have been trying too sort my ADSL line since Friday 23rd August 2013 and absolutely no on at the call centre can help not even mentioning the times I have been transferred to different people and phone calls that just get cut off. This is not acceptable. At times I'm holding on for people to answer for 30 minutes. Still waiting for someone too help fix my line
