I am not happy with the turn around time for the Telkom to send technicians to sort out my adsl. My line has been down now for 48hrs. Everytime I phone the call centre, then i get a run around and nobody knows when my line will be repaired. I use my line the most over the weekend and now that its friday night, everybody has already clocked off and nobody seems to care. Why must i pay so much for this service if this is the level of backup people receives??? I want my line sorted out immediately or just cancell the lot!!!
