Years pending - 2011 - 2013

I have paid R1500.00, Nov 2011, you couldn't't allocate allocate the amount as i have proof of payment. At the same time i have cancelled my account. Closing the account via telephonic and e-mail.

My account got closed in January 2013.

The frustration on the calls, the consultant laughing at me and at the same no respond from e-mail.
My credit scoring is in the dirt, and only account reflecting un paid for 24 months.

Lawyers phone, i tell my story and explain the reason to the lawyer. No follow up, no call. NOTHING.

Neotel don't phone - No one gets back, NOTHING.

The R1500.is still not allocated to my account.

The best part is they CANCEL my account and all e-mail correspondence GONE.

CAN SOMEONE, URGENTLY RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT AND ASSIST.

NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR EVER TOOK MY CALL. I HOPE THIS GETS SOMEONES ATTENTION.
