Hi,

Please can you assist me.

I had a modem data with neotel and i skipped two months of payment cause they did not debit the money off my account. Then my account was handed over to MacRoberts and they would not stop sending me threats saying i must pay - so i did that on the 25th of May 2013 hoping it will be cleared and i will not be owing and getting threats.

I have been in communication with the people from neotel and macroberts - Neotel says they waiting for macroberts to allocate the money cause it is still reflecting, Macroberts always has issues - they first could not access their mail when i sent the proof of payment, then finally they received my proof of payment and are taking so long to allocate the money into Neotels account. I explained to Karen and Lizztte that this is very urgent, i begged them to please action this as soon as possible. Karen confirmed that the money will be transferred last week tuesday, when i ask now i never get any response or what so ever. That's what i hate - when you as a consumer owe them - they throw tantrums and tell you to pay as soon as possible - then when you have paid they do not care about you anymore??? Please can you assist
