I have recently upgraded my phone and have had nothing but troubles in the last few weeks. I had to phone multiple times daily for the phone to be activated. Whilst dealing with the call center I was hung up in, refused a manager to speak to., put on hold constantly and laughed at by an emplyee. After the phone was activated I spent a month waiting for itemised billing to be done. After processing the request 3 times, it was done. I am still awaiting cancelation information from autopage as the phone is now faulty after less than a month. After refusing to exchange it I have finally come to the point where I believe they have the worst customer service in South Africa.
