My contract ended in may, i contacted the call centre beggining of june to cancel that when the consultant (ref no: j1f012fr) who advise to send through my details to [Email Removed] of which i did, since then nothing has been done.when i contacted the call centre to check why are they still debiting me they said my account was never cancelled so they wont refund me all my deductions from june till august if i dont have the proof of that send an email .i want my money back as i send them cancellations beggining of june already they must just check with their backoffice.
