Insurance Claim not as per Expectation

The excuses that I have received from Autopage regarding the replacement of my damaged Blackberry are absolutely unacceptable. If you read the fine print they will only replace or repair your phone. Unfortunately my phone was water damaged. Last year i increased my Insurance Premium so that I could align with market values if something would happen. Phones depreciate daily, since the phone i had has been discontinued, they want to give me a model higher which i do not like as i had it before and it is problematic. I am not happy to accept an outdated phone as a replacement and they have been accepting my premiums for me being over-insured quite happily. I have been with them for 10 years, maybe its time for change. Nowhere in the contract does it state that I have to accept a lower or the same phone as I currently have. They should not have accepted my Insurance Tier increase and adjusted my premiums if there was no benefit to me. That is not acceptable. My replacement must be an iPhone 5, any model would suffice.
