I am really very disappointed and angry customer for Telkom. ever month i have to lay a complain at their call centre of which it's just a waste of time. their money went of on the 23/08/2013 from the bank debit order and still on sunday they suspended my account and claim they didn't receive my payment. i went to the cape town branch with the copy of my bank statement and only then they saw they were at fault.
really tired of their service and wish i was never their client.
