Requesting a copy of a contract

Hi there,

A year ago I took out a data line with MTN. The sales guy confimed that this was a top up package and that I would be able to purchase airtime at any retail store that sells MTN airtime. The package is R 129 for 2 Gigs.
For over a year now my bill has been constant - R 129, but this month my bill is R897. When i queried it, i was then informed that i had an 'open package' - which means i can spend as much as i want! This is not what i wanted and not what had been explained to me when i took out the contract. Initally i was hesitant to take the contract out - for this exact reason, but the sales guy confirmed a million times that i wouldnt be able to spend more than R 129 exact if I put airtime in myself.

I couldnt find a copy of my signed contract, so i requested one from MTN on 08.08.2013 - i am still waiting for a copy. Every time i call i get a pathetic excuse why i havent received it. To be honest - i dont care what kind of filing system they have, and what a mission it is to get - all i want is a copy of my contract to see what i actually signed for. Clearly the sales guy wasnt telling the truth.
I think the attitude and service is very poor.
