After cancelling 3 contracts, Cell C still billed me for all the lines after I cancelation. Cancelation payments were made into Nedbank on the 22 July 2013 with the telephone numbers as reference as per the call centre representative. This month, my account will be debited with the same amount for all 4 contracts. The payments made to the amount of R1841.86 do not even reflect in my statement. Cell C will rectify this at their convenience by passing a credit on your account and you simply have to wait for the following month to have the benefit of your own money. At Cell C the customer is never first as the consumer always have to wait. After a number of calls to the call centre, I've had no response as to what they intend doing. I have been a loyal customer for almost ten years and this is the service I get?
