Cellphone suspended, phoned vodacom and they confirmed that the line was suspended. Contacted autopage this morning 07:00 to report my problem. They just replied that the line was not suspended and is active. Phoned credit control and they also replied that the line is active. They will ask connections dept. to reset my number. Two Hours past and still no service!! When phoning to speak to a manager, they just reply that no manager is available. I have been kept on hold for 25 mins to speak to a manager!! I will definitely be migrating to vodacom.
