ALTECH AUTOPAGE - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Never in my life have I came across a company that gives the public such bad service!!! IT took me 7 months to bring to their attention that the upgrade my father age 76 has done WAS INCORRECT!!! Eventually when I got the account sorted and a credit was granted to the account and was assured that this line will not be cut off again I am back to the beginning again!!! This account is not in arrears in fact I am in credit not to pay this account for the next 3 months BUT STILL THE CELLPHONE SERVICES GET'S CUT OFF EACH MONTH!!! NOW AGAIN I have to pay reconnection fees!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! WHAT MUST I DO FOR THEM TO DO WHAT THEY SAY??? MY FATHER IS IN AN OLD AGE HOME and has lost his hearing for the only way that he can communicate with his family is through his cell phone which is NEVER AVAILABLE FOR HIM TO USE because Altech Auto Page keeps on cutting this line due to ACCOUNT IN ARREARS how is this possible if this account has got a credit balance of R456...??? is their anybody out their that can tell me what to do with this situation. For I am now against the wall AGAIN!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? PLEASE HELP!!!
