Bad Service From Company

Freeze Well came on Saturday the 4 January to re gas my fridge. It work fine for the first few hours, on Sunday I noticed that things were not freezing anymore. I phone the cell number Monday morning and made arrangements for them to come at 3pm to come sort out the fridge, by 5pm they had not arrived, I phoned and they said they would be there shortly. I am still waiting it is now Tuesday morning, no call or apology from the company. The invoice I received has incorrect office phone numbers on, when I phoned the cell number the person was not really interested an did not even take my number down for someone to call me back. I managed to get the correct office number and I was told that the owner of the business was a Mr Smith I asked for his number and was told they do not have it. I phoned the office and asked to speak to Mr Smith and was told they don't have his number (so is there a Mr Smith) they said that Mr smith calls into the office. When I asked what would happen in an emergency, there was silence. I was told I would get a call at 4.30pm today to make arrangements.. The phone is never answered with the company name, So watch the space
