Invoice/Bill queries

Have had my new adsl account for the past 4 months, but every month there seem to be an error with my bill.
Initially when opening the account (4meg adsl uncapped) in April i was told i wouldnt pay more than R850 pm except for the first month (which would be about double the usual bill) of which i undertstand. Yet in these 4 months iv received bills of R1300, R559, R1290 and finally R2003. Iv tried calling 10210 beginning of August and received a REF but cant remember where iv saved it. Its end of August and still no word.
Im already regret opening the account.

Assistance would be much appreciated.
