8ta network issues/telkom not suppling DSL line

First of all I have been waiting for 3 years for a DSL line. I keep getting the same excuse that a line needs to be replaced & that it will be done in the next financial year. it has not happened.

So onto my second point. Because I can't get an ADSL line I am then forced to use wireless, that means I went with 8ta. At first it worked very well. I even got a router with an antenna. But lately (the last couple of weeks) the network response has taken a huge drop in performance. I use it at home to play online games like Battlefield 3. Their are other games that We as a household play online but Battlefield is the one that is affected the most. At most times we are not able to join servers, & when we do get in, we have latency problems & get disconnects.

This needs to be addressed ASAP.
