I ordered a tablet through these people in June, everything was well until 2 months ago When suddenly it would not pick up any network meaning That i could not Work on The internet ..i approached their call.centre who are Very difficult to get hold of and i was reffered to Danie who has been absolutely rude from Day 1, he then asked me to send the Tablet back to them so They can look at it Which i gladly did with a courier sent by them But did not give them the charger and Now They Are refusing to pick up the charger not realising i have paid 2 months premiums Which came up to R800 with no use of The Tablet and data and They have The audacity to tell me i can do What i like they have helped me, yet The device is with them... i want this resolved as They have ignored my mails.
