After 6 months Fighting, still not properly Credit

After 6 months of fighting about a contract put into my name wrongfully, the contract was cancelled. They debited my account every month wrongfully. The initial once off fee and prorate amount was R131.84, they then billed me from April to August (5 times) @ R135. Now i believe there is another R135 coming of in September. The Refunded me R475 instead of R 941.84

For 2 weeks i have been fighting for my credit and have gotten nowhere.
