Okay firstly, i applied for a FNB gold credit card online, there is a section that asks if you want to move outstanding debt to FNB, so i have an outstanding amount of plus minus R4800 from Makro, i selected that they switch that to my credit card because they said that it will increase my limit from plus minus R5600 to plus minus R10 000 and they will pay something like R350 of my debt, now nowhere on my account can i see that and no one at FNB can tell me if the debt has been switched, the normal amount that goes of every month went of on the 2nd of September as it usually should, but i applied and received my card in august. then secondly i got a sms from FNB saying that if i swipe my card for R500 or more they will not charge me R135 initial fee, but that R135 is still showing on my account. so i want to know whats going on!!!
