3RD TIME INCORRECT BILLING!!!

I took out a laptop deal in Jul 12. In Sept 12 they overbilled me by R200. I fought for nearly a month as they said I exceeded my 1 GIG alloc to me, I knew I didn't as I hardly use internet. A/P the billing I requested, it showed there were multiple connecting & disconnecting to the internet (as much as 7 times per min, charging me 5mb per connection). I brought this to their att &after more fighting &me eventually having to pull my usage from the Vodacom website, which showed no overusage, they credited my acc. I told the saleslady (Katherine) to put a hold on my account once it reached 1GIG just in case!!! The 1st of November, they debited my account with R1200 (R1000 more than the initial contract!). After fighting again, I received my itemized billing & it showed the exact same problem I had the 1st time they over debited my account (71 connections in 19 min!). I brought this to their attention & fought some more just to have them tell me the billing was correct. I sent them my usage from vodacoms site which again shows that I only used 1GIG but now they're just shrugging their shoulders. I'm still busy fighting this &now they deb my acc with R450 more! Worst serv ever! Fix it!
