Poor all round service - Vodacom yet to impress me

I'm a very grudging client of Vodacom's, Although I have 3-4 contracts with them I'm yet to be impressed by them. From their stores to call centers to delivery partners, they all have left a poor impression on me. My latest interaction was to order a new tablet on contract where they promised 24 hour delivery but nothing arrived. I then had to phone and follow up and rearrange my day due to the complete incompetence of their teams. Always offering the promise of great service but never delivering. I'm not going through the pain of typing out the whole story and names and times of people I dealt with - you can call me and make notes.

I'll complain here and probably get an apology, but like most companies here, there is no penalty for them when they stuff up. All they can say is sorry. So Vodacom, If you decide to call me - make sure you have something in mind to compensate me for the irritation you cause me on a regular basis - otherwise don't bother calling
