I phoned the above person Norma Mathadela to ask to give my complaint through to the technical department as I did with my 2 previous requests and was been done to my satisfaction. This person doesn't want to hear to give it through, no I have to take the sim out of my router and somehow squeezed it into my HTC one that uses a micro sim to see what my bundle is. The previous 2 requests was done so I can see what my bundle amount was through My Vodacom. Now I can even see on my router, because Vodacom's antenna isn't correct and when the antenna changes to 10.193.---.--- instead of 44.---.---.--- the router resets the amount of data it used and I cant keep record of usage. Very bad of a big company and staff that don't want to help and ask me how they did the previous 2 request as if I'm working for Vodacom. The number for the request is 072 750 3564
