Bad Network and No Customer service

Struggling for months now with Vodacom network; it's slow, battle to connect to the internet and phone calls are distorting. I've upgraded my phone in June or July and even did a sim swap.

I've sent the query to customer care but no answer, so is just as bad as their network.

Think it's time to move my account as I am getting beeped.
