Since I joined Cell C in June all i have had is problems. I took out a top up Blackberry contract for R199.
The first month I was billed over R500 only to finr that the account has been made an open line that the consultant that helped me took it apon himself to do so. In July I was hit with a nother bill of R658. I agen went to the consultants at Cell C direct Vangate. The consultant then assured me that the matter has been seen to and has been changed to a top up this would have given me much joy but only to fine that now for this month I was billed R750 . When talking to the consultants they tell me that its because of internet usage but in this contract internet usage is unlimited. She explains to me that is i use a other browzer other than the Blackberry browzer I will be billed I have not used an other browzer nor have I downloaded other apps such as Opera mini so I dont understand and at this point wish I had never taken out this contract to begin with. So far it has been nothing more that an nightmare dealling with Cell C I refuse to pay a sent more that what was atvertised. This just connot go on. If its remain as is then Id rather want this contract cacelled.
