Contract was signed on the 05/07/13 for a 1GB topup incl Modem and 40" Smart Slim LED Samsung TV. The modem was received a day later but the TV is still not here. The payments get made on time. Every time there is a different excuse. It has become so unbearable that we do not know what to do next. We also spoke to their Head Office and they said it is our responsibility to call Samsung but the number they gave did not work. How is it our responsibility?
