Frustrated and Fedup - I need my Cash Refund

We have ordered a bed on the 5th February for CASH and was advised that delivery should take place by the 15th February. On the 16th, after the branch failed to call us, I called and was advised that the person who sold us the bed (Rodney) was on leave and someone will follow up and come back to us. We were subsequently told that the bed didn't arrive on the 15th as expected but it will definitely be delivered on Monday the 18th February. On Monday, nothing happened, no calls, nothing. Bear in mind, I paid CASH. I then called into the store the following day and the Branch Manager advised me that delivery didn't take place because of the rain (I didn't see any rain on Monday, he didn't even bother to explain why he didn't give me a call to advice me about the failed delivery). I was assured that delivery will take place on Wednesday the 20th. I called earlier and was informed that the bed was on its way and will be delivered just after 17h00. I left work earlier so that I can accept delivery, but guess what? No delivery and no one bothered to tell me that it will no longer happen. I am tired of waiting for a bed that I paid CASH for it. I WANT my CASH refund now!
