I called the call centre to order a new phone on contract and to get a 2nd data contract for my tablet. I was promised delivery in 2 weeks in January. It is now Feb and I have cancelled my previous contract expecting Cellc to hold to their promise. I am now without a phone or connection to mails because Cellc to me. I call the call centre daily asking without anyone being able to give me a time. I recently got the comment that if i do not like the wait I can cancel the contract and go elsewhere. The lack of service and emotion I have experienced is appalling to say the least. Thing is if I go get another contract else where I have to do another 2 weeks waiting for vetting and number porting. Catch 22 and they know it!!!
