Cell C - no LTE service to Pay as You Go

I changed from MTN to Cell C pay as you go personally as well as 4 company phones about 1.5 years ago. I now want to buy an LTE enabled galaxy S4 but Cell C does not offer LTE service to Pay as You Go customers, only contract customers. They cannot tell me why this is or whether or not pay as you go will be offered it in the future. I can see no reason why pay as you go customers should not be offered this. I am still spending well in excess of R600/month personally and a couple of thousand a month on pay as you go business phones so why not allow LTE service. I am now forced to once again look at other providers who offer this service.

Get with the program Cell C. Offer pay as you go customers LTE. We still add to your bottom line.
