A company called mobimoola is debiting my account. this started end of july where 99, 200, 249, 197 was debited from my account, i went to the bank and they told me is stratcol and gave me their numbers, i tried to call them but was placed on hold for over 40min. end of august, stratcol debited my account again, this time they took 249, 200, 99, 348 from my account. i went to the bank and tried to reverse the money but they told me that i need to have a letter from stratcol, telling them to reverse the money otherwise there is nothing they can do. i am very frustrated with this matter. can you please assist me.thank you.
