CLARIFY ME PLEASE

I am speechless.

Basically ONLY smart and expensive fones uses micro sim card... Well the story of my life? i missed 3 interview opportunity when my fone was booked for repair at Autopage.

On the 19th August i booked my phone for the second time in less than a month for softwarwe upgrade because someone decided to downgrade my sw from 4.1.2 to 4.0.4 without any reason?

I took it from pillar to post, i phoned everyday and i am told different stories everyday, today (26/08/2-13), i phoned PLK store, Call Centre, Head Office and got different responses totally for 1 device? Last week i was promised that my phone will be given first attention as it has been damaged by repair centre, but according to calls i made today, that was just another false promise.

I am supposed to get Flight and Accomodation confirmations from Northern Cape Dept of Water Affairs for my interview scheduled for this week friday. I am using the phone i booked for sw upgrade for all interview and contact correspondence, it is my future.

Please stop taking me from pillar to post and tell me truth this time. Will i still wait 10 weeks before my fone comes back?
