To cut a long story short I queried a R50.00 charge to my account every month.
Was told for my "pink" handset.
Said pink handset is not worth the R1200.00 I will be charged for over 24 months; I upgraded in Aug 12 and by Dec 12 the paint was flaking off.
I was NOT TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED THIS OTHERWISE I KNOW I WOULD HAVE SAID "THANKS BUT NO THANKS" and stuck with the plain black.
I was told that they would look up contract and send me a copy which would have "shown" where I signed for this.
Now I had two witnesses who said I was not told this by the salesperson, I remember being asked about the insurance which I declined. I sent in complaint; was told it would be seen too (April)
I sent in another complaint asking why my April complaint had not been seen too. I was give another reference number and told I would be contacted.
Blah Blah Blah
On 9 August I sent an email asking for a response.
I was phoned and spoken to; they then sent an email saying they would contact me on 12 August 2013
I AM STILL WAITING
After being a Vodacom client for 15 years and having same number for 15 years I think time to make the change to perhaps another service provider.
