I was unable to rate the consultant service as a result of the line being dropped, however I needed to compliment Moses Hlathi on the excellent service I received today. I was ready to leave Vodacom when my contract expires in October, however Moses single handedly gave me reason to stay - and bare in mind I had already contacted another service provider and was phoning only to enquire about the cancellation fees involved.
