I applied for a Telkom DSL line on the 02 August 2013, order number 83204657. When I phoned them I asked if they support the area and they confirmed that the area are supported for DSL line. Till today I have not received any notification on when the installation would take place. Every time I phone I get a different problem. First there was no infrastructure, then there was a problem with the exchange port and today, they have to install lines in the area. How long should I wait??? I experienced bad customer service from 8ta and now Telkom. Seems to me its the whole business.
