I bought a z10 blackberry from Vodacom u4u wonderpark and the sound doesn't work, now i must stay without a phone for the next week no one could help, I've been to Menlyn vodacom. According to them they can't take the phone back it is still in the 7 days. I will understand if it was a old phone but not from a new z10. Even to cancel the contract i must wait for 2 weeks and pay a cancellation service fee. The Vodacom 4u shop's phones doesn't work (how will they contact me? 0125197086) this is bad service and frustrating i will never refer people to this shop.
