I have a problem with my 3G like tons of people it seems, I've used my 3G once and never went over my limit according to my balance function on my dashboard. If that function is not working correctly it's Vodacom's fault and problem not the client's! I have ADSL so I don't use my 3G ever, except this once. Then I was hit with a R4000 bill which is impossible - I've logged the problem on the 1st of August, and nothing was done to date. I've paid my normal contract fee and not the R4000 as I refuse because it's a problem and not from my side.

And because nothing was done and my cell phone account has been suspended after I did pay! I just haven't paid my 3G Account until it's been sorted out.

But since nothing is done I want to cancel ALL my contracts!!! My 3G AND my Cell phone contract! I'm not going to struggle with things like these!
