Dear MTN
I have been a customer for many years and have been very happy up until recently..
I have a contract with MTN, I pay religiously every month, for the Samsung S3 that I purchased a year ago.
It seems for the last few months I have been charged unwillingly for subscriptions that I never applied for?
I have tried to contact MTN or at least get a number for customer care, but it seems I cant get a number that actually works..
I want someone from MTN to contact me, so that I can cancel all these subscriptions that I never applied for.
When it comes to my airtime every month I DONT SEE ANY OF IT because it all gets used in two days tops!!
I will not accept this, and I nothing is don't about it I will then change to anther cellular Competitor who can offer me a better service.
